What Fans Really Want Although most players would undoubtedly love to compete behind the wheel of Homer's custom creation—the famously flawed car the patriarch built personally in the 1991 installment "the one where he meets Herb"—that's not what's being offered. Not even receiving the massive SUV, the heavy-duty vehicle featured in season 10. Instead, fans will obtain the Simpsons' standard beat-up sedan, which they've been driving since 1989.
