I am Stephanie L. Bacabis, I am 35 years old. I am energetic and hardworking with a real passion for delivering
the highest standards of customer service. I have a natural flair for
presentation and more importantly, have a great love for places, foods,
traveling, and meeting different people. Well, I am organized, trustworthy and a
team player too.
As my CV reflects, I am currently working as Airport
Customer Service Agent at Qatar Aviation Services in Doha. The role honed my
team-working and customer service skills, increasing my ability to handle
difficult passengers while working under pressure in a busy airport. Prior to
this, I worked as a Customer Service Agent in a
Casserole Restaurant and in Emirates National Oil Company; I completed my
contract for both companies in Dubai for over five years.
I believe that in the Customer Service industry,
an employee should understand the need to be cheerful in all circumstances
especially during times of much stress and following rush hours, to perform
effectively beyond the customer expectations.
